  Worst experience with a pharmacy I've ever had. Was on hold on the phone for 2 hours then decided to just come in and im currently STILL waiting for them to give me my grandfathers prescription which he must take everyday. I hate this place. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

  I called in July to schedule a first time appointment. I was told that my insurance was new to the practice but that they do accept it. The earliest I could get an appointment was 8/29. I scheduled the appointment. When I arrived I was told that the doctor was out for the week (didn't they call you??) and that I had been automatically rescheduled for October 10th. Since this was an appointment to renew medication that I was about to be out of - October just wouldn't do. The receptionist gave me a contact for Women's health. When I called she told me that they didn't accept my insurance and to call the Clinic back. Upon this call back to the clinic I was then told that my insurance wasn't actually accepted there. That for some reason the contract hadn't been finalized yet. So not only did they tell me that my insurance would work upon making the appointment they rescheduled without notifying me and didn't ever mention that my insurance actually wasn't covered there. So now I had to scramble to see a different doctor before my RX ends in 2 weeks. Extremely unprofessional and I would give them 0 stars if I could.
